This property owner makes it mandatory to purchase insurance; a week after we checked out, the owner submitted a false insurance claim about a "broken tv". This was the first we had heard about any property damage. They claimed a 65 inch lg tv was shattered on the second floor of the house; the problem is, there are two tvs upstairs, and both of them are no larger than 34 inches (and I am being generous there). The owner is scamming the insurance company and us. On top of the this, the listing is not being accurately represented (this would absolutely not sleep 7, and there is no queen bed on the property), the property is not well maintained. Do not stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay and had an absolute blast for Daytona bike week. House was clean and exactly what we expected from pictures advertised. We would love to come back and stay at your property again in the future. Beautiful house.
