"Well located hotel. Close to metro and Notre Dame."
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very reasonably priced for location. Second time staying here and will visit again. Wi-fi at back of hotel is sporadic. I recommend staying at the front if internet is important to you. Hotel is close to metro, Notre Dame, Pantheon and many good restaurants. Hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The front desk person spoke excellent English, and was very friendly. We were happy with our experience in every way and would stay here again. We only stayed one night, but would happily stay here again on future visits. I think Montparnasse is the best location to stay in Paris, and this little hotel is perfectly situated.

Great hotel! Excellent value for money. Very trendy and modern. Room was very comfortable. The corridors were very dark, but other than that, this was an excellent hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and was a bit paranoid after reading reviews online but as soon as I arrived my fears disappeared. The staff are spectacular and so are the rooms. I honestly couldn't fault this hotel if I tried. The location is perfect with the arc de triomphe a stone’s throw away.
The staff could not be more pleasant. They will happily help with any queries you may have. Immediately after arriving I set a code for the safe in the room and then forgot the code. The receptionist soon fixed that though.
The room was very clean with a mini-bar and central heating/air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is also included which was handy because my network didn't work for some reason.
The hotel is in the same street as a market which is very pleasant when walking through it every day. The array of smells is fantastic and sells everything from fresh fruit to beds.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the airport which I would also recommend. It’s one euro more expensive than a public bus but picks you up from the hotel and takes you to the terminal you need to be at.
The purpose of a hotel in Paris is purely somewhere to sleep and wash in comfort and this hotel exceeds these needs.
I wrote this because I was paranoid for no reason before leaving for Paris. If I am lucky enough to return to Paris I would definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for a decent hotel to stay in - this is the one for you! The rooms were fairly dinky but clean and comfortable. Beds were huge - dominating the room. Service was charming. Area was great with lots of little bistros, boulangeries and suchlike in the streets around the hotel. We'll be back.
