Close to beach but far from all else

Its a reasonable hotel, the best part is the proximity to the beach itself, but otherwise it is not very impressive. The rooms and pool are very plain and not much to look forward to. The food is very limited and one has to look to other options. Due to the distance from everything else, the tuktuk guys outside form a mafia and charge tourists excessively.

Nai harn is paradise

Pros: Great location
Location: 20 meter stroll to beautiful beach
Superb location! The hotel is a little 'tired' but staff friendly, helpful and it's great value for the price. All very comfortable except the beds hard and pillows. You have to pay for wifi which seems a little unusual in Phuket. Nai harn beach is gorgeous.

This hotel lies on the "quite" end of Phuket, better for relaxation if u ask. They provide free daily shuttle service to different parts of Phuket. There spa is awesome, not a cheap one, but really great. There food is pretty good. The

Great hotel, shame about the staff

Great setting and a visually stunning hotel, you cant get better for a beach front hotel... honest! However, there is always a downside. Toilet and sink both blocked, and staf just not interested in sorting these out. Resulting in constantly having to use the main toilets in the hotel and brushing teeth while in the shower. Smell of sewerage outside of room. Requested 2000 Baht deposit on check-in, beware! Staff apparently speak English, but very poorly and you often walk away wondering whether you were understood (invariably not) or have to complete a form yourself (!). Often asked where I could get info about various things such as hiring a bike etc, always vaguely gestured out to the front in the general direction of where to go and get help rather than assist you to get advice. Would not stay in again, in fact this has put me off all seasons hotels for good. Because of the distance from alot of activities, you are likely to be charged 100-300 Baht per person extra for any excursions you book... check before you book and let them know where you are staying in advance and ask if there is a surcharge.

I stayed for almost two weeks and found the hotel and all staff to be very friendly with close proxamity to the lovely beach. It was reasonably priced witha very varied breakfast on offer every day. Would be happy to recomend it to others.
