The Inn is a beautifully renovated 1920s home on a quiet street around the corner from a quaint business district. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable (pillow top mattress and high quality linens). The owner is a gracious host and made us a lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, lemon yoghurt and the fluffiest banana pancakes I’ve ever had. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

I was in the area for a college graduation. It was a busy time in Pittsburgh and was very happy to find a place to stay a few miles from the school. Randall was extremely personable and friendly. He made a beautiful breakfast each morning. The room and house was extremely clean and very comfortable. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Would definitely stay here again during future visits.

Loved this place so much! The area is delightful. The owner/staff are so kind and friendly. We wanted to stay in an older neighborhood to get a sense of life in Pittsburg and this was a great choice, yet very close to anything else you could need from the city. Loved walkiing to local coffee shops and then spending time on the lovely porch. This is really a gem and was so much nicer than staying in a corporate (or even a boutique) hotel because the house was so well equipped from the beautifully renovated kitchen (literally has everything you could need for cooking or making drinks) to multiple lounge/dining areas. Not mentioned in the description is the fact that rooms have smart tv's/streaming. We'll definitiely be back here when working in the area. Thankyou Randall!

Morning Sun Inn is a lovely B and B in a great neighborhood. It is tastefully decorated in a beautifully restored amazing old house with so many great touches (wood staircase, leaded glasses etc.). Randall is an excellent host. Check in was easy and he and his staff put together an amazing breakfast. Even though I think all the other rooms were occupied during our stay, it was pretty quiet. We saw people in the breakfast room in the morning but barely heard them otherwise. Parking was easy (we had a spot in the back). It was nice to come back after a day around the city to a house, rather than a generic hotel. We definitely will try to stay here again.

Great BnB in a nice neighborhood
Great bed & breakfast in a really cute neighborhood. Private off street parking was really helpful. Check in was very easy and coming and going was just a quick code on the doors so you didn’t need to keep track of keys. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. But the best part was breakfast, Randall made a special breakfast for me that was gluten free! He took extra steps to ensure I had a good meal before heading out. The neighborhood was really cute and we felt safe taking and evening walk. Just a couple minutes from the zoo.
