Excellent valuePosted Oct 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is very nice and an excellent value. The people in reception spoke fai English and were very helpful. The breakfast included in the price was buffet style with many items.

A very brief stayPosted Oct 4, 2011
We were only here for one night - arrived in the dark and left in the dark so some things were hard to judge. We needed to leave early 20 minutes ish before offical breakfast time however the hotel staff arranged it so that we could have our breakfast before we headed off. And breakfast was very good. The view from our room was towards the sea. Overall a pleasant place to stay. The railway station however has moved down to the harbour so walking up to the hotel involved walking up some seriously steep hills. What we saw of Vigo was pleasant enough but the old town is quite a walk from the hotel, some 20 - 30 minutes. If you get the train into Portugal as we did you only buy a ticket to Tui the Spanish border town. Your onward ticket to your destination in Portugal you buy on the train.

Great staff, good location (although the hills in Vigo will work your calf muscles)and good breakfast buffet. Beautiful view from the balcony!
