I booked a king bed. The property told me I could only have a queen double. The first room they provided was absolutely filthy! So I paid for a king bed and received something else.

This hotel was pretty awesome! The room was clean and modern looking. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The free breakfast was fantastic (I got biscuits and gravy along with a cinnamon roll). The staff was super friendly! My only complaint is that this hotel is too close to the highway. The cars in the road are noisy and you can hear it clear as day in the room we stayed. I didn’t get a wink of sleep! They really need to figure out how to reduce the noise pollution!

I checked in on Thursday for the weekend. I didn't stay in the room on Thursday night but I checked in a day early because on Friday my husband wouldn't be at the hotel until 11 pm and I didn't want them to give the room away. Well, he went to the room on Friday night and the key wouldn't work. He went to the front desk and was told he had been checked out. They had all of his belongings in a closet. Luckily they had an extra room. They found the paperwork where I was paid in full through Sunday morning. I was very upset when I heard about this. I bitterly paid for a day and knew no one would stay in the room just so this wouldn't happen. I have never had someone check me out of a room and take my belongings out of the room......

The staff were very nice. But… Quilt had blood-like stain, bathroom door and tub had similar stains that wiped up easily. ( appeared bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned) Window blind didn’t go all the way up. Skim milk in breakfast kitchen had “do not sell” date of nov 19 ( we were there nov 23-27) Back door had “masks required” sign… but it was clearly out of date. One evening back door to parking lot was propped open by a rock… so much for secure access. Very disappointing… and front desk could not discount our room as as we arranged through Expedia
