Linens, towels and wash clothes with beach towels with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Washer and dryer provided for guest use. Master bedroom with queen bed with tv, additional bedroom with two full size beds. Playground in the neighborhood. Bicycles provided for guest. Minutes from local beaches, golf courses, shopping and lots of places to enjoy eating. Within 15-30 minutes to the Gulf coast. Braves training field and water park in North Port. It was perfect for us. My niece (Colorado), my sister (Nebraska) and myself (Massachusetts) wanted to get away for some relaxing, quality time with family. My nephew lives in North Port so it was a blessing to find this home that fit our needs perfectly. We had a wonderful time. Quiet neighborhood, great host, clean, comfortable and everything and anything to make it truly home away from home.

The property is well maintained.Everything is as described in pictures.A tiny bit difficult to find on the street because the numbers are worn off the mailbox and none on the house.Pool is lovely and well maintained but a little difficult to get out of for a senior with bad knees.The residential area is very quiet with little traffic.Overall highly recommend for a couple or small family.Also the central air was lovely.Will be a definite choice for us if we are considering that area of Florida again.Thanks

Overall our stay was great, home was nice and pool was fantastic with great a covered porch & screen enclosure. House was nicely furnished and comfortable. Host/owner very responsive to our questions. Will keep on our list for future stays in the area. Highly recommend Manasota Key beach about 20 minute drive and fantastic shark tooth hunting.

The house was just perfect for our stay! The heated pool was just perfect for my Granddaughter this cooler time of the year. When there was an issue with the DVD player, the owners responded immediately and had a new one delivered the very next day! Everything was just as advertised in the listing, and the house was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this property for others when they visit the Port Charlotte area.

The house is so close to the areas we needed to be, which was super nice and convenient! The house itself was clean and had extra necessities that I hadn’t even thought of. We stayed for a week April 2023. The house was exactly as it was listed. Very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. It was nice to be able to come back from the days activities and grill out and swim in the pool.

This was perfect for us!
My friend and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect for us. We could have easily had a couple more friends come as well. The screen in back patio/pool was amazing, and the fenced in back yard gave us the perfect amount of privacy. There were plenty of birds to watch at the bird feeder each morning while we enjoyed our coffee. The neighborhood still had a bit of damage from the hurricane, the homeowners were busy at work trying to repair the damages. The house was in a prime location just outside of the main drag, yet close enough to make a quick run to Walmart or Publix if needed. We would definitely stay here again!
