We stayed for a convention nearby. It was convenient and walkable to some places even if we didnt have a car. But it was raining. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. We had to switch rooms bc of black ants. Since its an older bldg.

There’s no elevator so I had to carry my 50lb luggage to the 2nd level. The staff are nice and a shuttle is available to take the guests to the airport anytime.

$10 parking fee was a bit of a surprise. Make sure to read the fine print as this was buried as "fee for parking" but no exact details to speak of. Need to have parking "validated" but this does not take away the fee...only allows you to get in and out of the lot. NO breakfast...should have stayed at the hotel across the way as there was free breakfast there. NO Elevators at all and was placed on the second floor and with a bad knee was hard to get up and down. Hallways smelled of smoke and carpets were old and dingy. I guess you get what you pay for but with the $10 parking should have stayed across the street as parking was free and continental breakfast was available. Lesson learned.

Front desk staff was inconvenienced by having to check us in. Made us stay upstairs, no elevator, even though the place was vacant. Will not stay at a red lion anywhere ever again.
