Prospect Park is close to many of New York’s more popular attractions. The Prospect Park Zoo and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens are two of the interesting place to visit here. Two other worthy points of interest you’ll find close by Prospect Park are the Brooklyn Public Library and the Grand Army Plaza.
Travelers come from near and far to see the Statue of Liberty, one of the most iconic attractions in the country. It is only 3 miles (5 kilometers) from the middle on the city.
New York’s city center is full of fascinating sights, like the Empire State Building and Times Square. If you’re still looking for things to de in the city centre, consider checking out the Chrysler Building and the Grand Central Terminal before heading back to Prospect Park.

Spend an afternoon at Barclays Center Brooklyn, Brooklyn, home to the Brooklyn Nets basketball team in winter and the New York Islanders ice hockey team.
