Welcome to the best located air bnb in downtown Provo.
This air bnb is within a few minutes walk from Nu Skin offices, historic Provo City Center Temple, restaurants and shopping and within a few minutes drive to the freeway and BYU.
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
The space
This airbnb is a house with two levels. The airbnb is the top main level. The front door is your private entrance and it's designed for air bnb guests only. This space is completely private to you as the guest (no shared spaces). There are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room, one full bathroom, full kitchen, dining table and living room. There are two sofa pull out beds that are queen size for additional sleeping space.
This air bnb fits 6 guests comfortably.

There is a door that remains locked in the laundry room that leads to the basement. The backyard door also leads to the basement. These two doors and the basement are the only areas that are off limits to guests. Host lives in basement.
Guest access
Guests have total and private access to the whole top level. The front door is your entrance to the airbnb. Feel free to use the backyard and driveway for parking.
Other things to note
The basement has its own entrance completely separated from the airbnb. Host lives in the basement. Most likely won't cross paths with guests but if you do, don't be shy to say hi :)

Downtown Provo
We had a pleasant stay in this very clean two bedroom home. Plenty of sitting space in two living areas, plenty of parking, beds were comfortable, well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. It was fine for our needs, but kitchen was lacking in a few things if you are planning to cook - no mixing bowls or baking dishes and not much space to store food other than the refrigerator. Also, we had to contact the owner on the day we were arriving to get the entry code (in other VRBO's we have received that information by a email a few days before arrival). The owner/manager was VERY responsive and got back to us within a few minutes with every request. They also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out.

Some Good Some Not So Much
Property was clean and the location was close to amenities. However, there was no cupboard space available to store food. There were no instructions of any kind on the premises so we had a lot of trouble figuring out the TV and how to lock the door. Property manager had to be contacted to provide the door code and the WiFi information. This is normally provided a couple of days before check-in. The property lacked curb appeal with grass growing very high and steps needing paint and repairs. If they solve the cupboard space probem, I would rent this unit again.
