Amazing property and Location
we enjoyed this property so much!! Betty was an amazing host, with timely information from the time we booked to the time we checked out. Instant communication when we had question. The room was spotless and we truly enjoyed the "walk out" location. Sliding glass door opened to a grassy area and we walked to the hot tub and pool - it was perfect. The location is perfectly situated between downtown and the Marina, and walking distance to all the amazing eateries at the Versalles area. We would highly recommend this facility.

Short 3 night stay
The room was nice. Everything works good. The water pressure is very high but you can control it and lower it so it’s not a problem at all. Ac’s work great and cool down the room quickly. I wish we would have had more than 2 shower towels. We were 2 guests so 4 would have been ideal but we took soap and washed our towels to reuse them. You also get 2 beach towels. It’s nice to be on the ground floor. you walk right out to the pool and the beach. The pool area is nice. The pool looks bigger in pictures but it was still nice. The construction is literally right outside your door so I wouldn’t say it’s light construction noise. It depends on what’s being worked on at times it’s slightly louder than “light”. The construction is also overlooking the pool area so that can feel a bit strange too. I will say if I do come back I would rent a car. We go to vallarta often and love walking everywhere and getting taxis. But the location of this condo makes it very difficult to walk to the Main Street because there isn’t a paved road. It’s just dirt and when it rains it’s really muddy and lots of potholes. Also there’s a lot of people hanging out right outside the condo like construction workers but also lots of semi trucks and busses use that area to rest so sometimes it didn’t feel super comfortable walking to and from. So definitely rent a car. I would come back once construction is finished and roads are paved

Very clean property. The views are even better than the pictures suggest. Gorgeous views, even at night. The pools are awesome, we spent most of our time in the infinity pool and the jacuzzi. It's within walking distance of a grocery store, a convenience store and to a small clinic where you can get your Covid test done for the return trip to the US. On the downside, because it's a newer property, we couldn't find anyone who knew exactly where the property was. So when we exited the taxi, we couldn't find the property. I was unable to access the directions sent to me by email because there was no internet signal. No one spoke English either, so we wandered around for about an hour with our luggage until we finally found it. Not the property's fault, but make sure you have directions you can access offline. Finally, the water was an issue. It would turn alternately scalding hot and frigid in the shower no matter how you tried to adjust it. Also the water pressure was extremely high. Better than too low, but when you turn on the sink, it will shoot right back up at you. Got wet a few times. Lol. Not sure what the owner can do about that. Its rather sparsely furnished. It could use another nightstand by the bed at minimum, and maybe a nice chair to sit in to watch TV. However, overall it was a very nice property, I would stay again, and recommend it to anyone.

Beachfront Paradise
Amazing location on one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. The property is comfortable and has a patio that opens directly to the area containing a hot tub and several pools (including a really cool elevated lap pool and an infinity pool stretching along the beach line). The building even has its own private strip of sandy beach area. The facility feels very safe, with employees walking the grounds 24/7. It is a very short walk from a supermarket where you can buy everything you’ll need for your vacation and is also walking distance from some of PV’s best restaurants such as La Madalena and La Leche. It is an extremely short (and inexpensive) Uber ride from the quaint cobble-stoned heart heart of PV. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

Fantastic sunsets!
My husband and I stayed here for a week in January 2022. First off, the host was super responsive for any information we needed always! This is a large condo building, but it never seemed busy either in the hallways or at the various pools, which were all beautifully kept. The staff was always cleaning, and the security was always around (even at night I would see the security person patrolling the pool area which faces the beachfront). There is a gate access to the beach which is controlled by security at all times, which made me feel super safe. We walked the beach several mornings, and even though we often saw people cleaning the beach, more attention could have been paid to make the beach more attractive. Wave action was far too strong most of the time to go in the water here. There is construction next door of the new north tower, but it really wasn't a huge bother while we were there (as to noise). The road leading into the condo building is terrible!! No doubt due to the construction of next door building...luckily it's a very short distance to the main road. As to the condo itself, it is very plain, could do with some nice decorative touches, another bedside table (only one side has one). Bed is super comfy, the view is stunning (particularly at sunset) plus you can see downtown Vallarta from pool area at night all lit up..beautiful! , liked that it had the key code lock at door, so we didn't have to carry around a key. Was supplied with plenty of toilet paper (some places leave you 1 roll), but no paper towels or tea towels, and no toaster (which we missed as we usually have toast with our coffee in am). The kitchen is very sparsely outfitted and needs more items, like a big frying pan, big pot, more big bowls and containers, but otherwise is sufficient if you're not making a lot of meals here. Great beach front property, loved the sound of the waves and watching the boats come and go. LOTS to see and do around Vallarta. We rented a car for 2 days and explored south and north of Vallarta, lots of little beach towns and even some hiking. Grocery store (Soriana) walking distance from condo, has everything you'd need. Costco a short cab ride away.
