“Enchanting Experience”

I loved the castle! Why pay the same or more for a chain hotel when you can slip back in time for the night? My husband & I had a lovely date night at The Lodge.

“Neat Place”

When we pulled up my kids said Wow this is cool. The hotel looks like an old german mansion. The interior has antique tables and chairs and an old world feel. The room had a chandlier. We were able to bring our dog which was great and the tv has nintendo games for the kids and movies. We didn't get the chance to eat in the resturant but the menu looked yummy and could smell the food when we passed by. It was a short stay but really worked well for us. The river front is only a short drive (6 miles to the bridge to Rock Island). Will come back next time we go to Davenport!

The Most Charming hotel EVER. Old Bavarian hunting lodge theme done VERY WELL Stained, leaded and beveled glass everywhere Antiques everywhere and upholstered walls

“Felt like royalty”

The hotel reminded us of a country castle. It was conveniently located to all the points of interest in the area. The hotel staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future.

“Clean, quiet, convenient”

I recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Davenport Iowa area. The price was good, the room clean and quiet, it is centrally located and convenient to the airport. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is decorated in an interesting, hunting lodge theme. The dining room was especially interesting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and quietness of my room.

the room had a half canopy bed which was probably the only reason we didn't have to go to a B&B ;-)

The staff at the Lodge were very friendly! We were in a hurry at the restaurant, and our meal (large portions, and quite tasty) arrived quickly. The Lodge also provides complimentary shuttle service to places in the Quad Cities, which was a nice surprise.
