"So the keyless feature was nice. Would have been a bit better if the keyless feature was also an option for the entry door from Trader Joe's. At least I did not see it. Had to go outside and then inside. Building nice, felt secure and the it felt safe. Friendly residents, it seemed. The apartment was nice, obviously new. Had a couple issues. The floor was clean, but sticky, likely due to the cleanser used (like spray and wipe stuff). The electric tea pot, so far I could determine...

"I attended a conference downtown Minneapolis and stayed here. Really excellent option for me. Nicer than most of the hotels I could have chosen while paying significantly less. Walkable to a nice grocery store. Great kitchen and refrigerator. On the weekend it was a six minute drive to the conference center."

"Had the 2 bedroom. Very open, lots of room. Kitchen had just the basics but was fine for 3 days The blinds dont really keep out the street lights so rooms dont get dark for sleeping. Only one TV with no streaming options and poor channel quality. We are also on the route to the local hospital so sirens are pretty regular. Overall a great stay though. "

"Place was very nice. Elevator smelled like weed all day every day. Wireless in room didn’t work. Tv uses chromecast so I could not use that. Communication was great. Will stay again. "

"Very easy, no-contact check-in. Location was convenient drive to places of interest. Decor was old-fashioned Victorian and added a fun atmosphere. Room had plenty of towels and amenities and was very clean. Really enjoyed our one-night stay."

"I love my stay at Modi . Very good apartment. So confortable, quiet place . Considering that it is located next to a grocery store, that is a very helpful in a snowing day. They only thing that I will suggest is to place a blackout on bedroom curtain, because the building has a light outside of the bedroom and this could be a little difficult to sleep. But graded as 10 in a rate 0-10."

"We stayed for around a week for a work trip in Minneapolis, and the area was perfectly located. Just a couple blocks from the bus and not far from the lightrail made getting around amazingly simple!
