I had reserved a room. I had received my confirmation numbers and they had even took my money, but upon arrival I received a text saying that my reservation was canceled, i called while parked outside, and the guy, in a very rude tone, said he couldn't do anything and that i needed to read my email that they were sending me and then proceeded to hang up on me!! It was a very horrible way to start a terrorizing journey!

This property is very up to date, very pleasant stay here In Minneapolis. It’s very close to pretty much anything. The unit itself gave a very homey feeling, I love the big windows and it also came well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property. The only downside is parking, there is no onsite parking but everything else was amazing. I really enjoyed waking up and being able to get coffee from the lounge in the lobby. I would totally stay here again.

In short, I just started a new position that requires me to travel every other week to various locations in the US and Canada. Due to dietary restrictions, I prefer staying at a place that has a full-size kitchen and was looking for a company that I could stay with on a regular basis. Sonder appeared to be a good fit for my needs. I had issues check-in and customer service could not help me. I cancelled my booking and then received an email apologizing for my cancellation issues. I responded that I didn’t have cancellation issues and needed help checking in and that I had rebooked. To this day I never received an email back. The next day I called and got checked in after they pinned down the issue to a system error. The apartment was nice, but the floors were dirty and there was an exhaust fan right next to the bedroom that was very noisy and I was unable to find a switch to turn it off. I contacted customer service again and they told me that they would send someone by to have a look. The next evening I contacted customer service again as nobody stopped by or followed up. Then I was told that the fan could not be turned off and was offered ear plugs. I let the customer service agent know that I was quite disappointed with my stay and never even received a response. I guess that’s the difference between established hospitality companies and a company that wants to redefine hospitality but may have in the process forgotten the actual meaning of ‘Hospitality’.
