We requested 1 king bed and 1 twin bed, hotel just gave us 1 king bad and extra small folded bed. They didn’t full clean it properly. I could saw hairs on the bed.We asked extra quilt, hotel didn’t have one. Asked us that use extra sheet to sleep.

Beautiful spacious apartment with wonderful bathroom. Prosecco, milk etc in the fridge. Coffee was in the communal area. Some issues with the safe which we didn’t get resolved as only there 2 nights. Read carefully the instructions to get in the apartments and make sure you have charge on your phone as you need this to get in! Communication was great and always someone at the end of the phone for any problems. Overall, a great stay

DO NOT book this hotel on Expedia. The nightly price is different from what the hotel charges you. I had a very difficult time getting a price breakdown from this hotel, in the end they charge you more but give you a members “discount” which still ends up being a different price than quoted on Expedia. FYI they charged 90 euro for an extra guest even though I upgraded to the 3-person Executive room. NO OTHER hotel in Italy did this. The room is modern, but the window handle broke off. There is also no toilet paper dispenser, the paper sits on the floor. Strange things like that. Also very difficult to figure out how to open the property gate we were stuck for 10min in the early morning hours.
