"We stayed for 3 nights, and overall this is a great affordable option for central Rome. It is approx 10 mins walk from the station and a 20 minute walk to the Fountain. The room and bathroom were quite spacious with lots of storage space and felt modern, although the shower was really mouldy and was visibly leaking into the wall causing damp in the room, it would benefit from some maintenance. There is nobody on the desk outside of 8-5 which is okay as you could call/WhatsApp if you need...

"The room itself was very nice. It was a good size for a single person and would be for a couple. The bathroom is kind of small (especially the shower) but overall is very nice as well. It's extremely walkable to Termini and to other tourist areas (20 mins to Trevi Fountain and another 10-15 to the Colosseum). What is kind of a downside is that you have to go to another property to check in and reach the staff but overall they're very friendly especially the cleaning lady! "

"A perfect location to the colosseum, trastevere, and a short walk to treve and the Spanish steps. The staff was amazing and the rooms were awesome! The only hicup is they do not have 24 hour staff and our car that was supposed to take us to the airport was scheduled wrong, but honestly accidents happen and it didn’t impact our stay. I would stay here again!"

"Nice clean property without a lot of frills. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of options including some you can take away. The area is close to the Roman ruins, but be careful of the people in the area. We did have an altercation with someone trying to steal a carry on but were helped by another local."

"BEWARE: Room advertised listed A/C. There was no AC in the unit and the only thing they offered was for us to sleep with the windows open. The room was still warm, even though the staff member assured us it would be very cold. Rome is loud at night, so sleeping was not an option. Tons of stairs to climb, confusing to find their office. Unfortunately it was a last minute reservation and we had no other choice. Would not recommend. STAY AWAY! "
