"I chose this place because it is close to my extended family so we could visit them easily. The house is very spacious and has three rooms, just as described. The children enjoyed the house as did the adults. The jacuzzi tub is a nice addition as well. Overall, getting to the house was easy and the guarding as well as the owner were easy to contact. "Overall we had a great stay here and it is a good spot if you're looking for an extended stay. Pros: Spacious apartments with more room than we needed. Common area of the building is beautiful and a nice place to hang out and you get to know your neighbors there (we had a fun time hanging out in the Jacuzzi with ours). I’ve stayed in VRBO apartments and homes and Casa Osito maybe the best one yet. So many nice touches to make it comfortable- the fans, the kitchen, the terrace, and although we didn’t need them- the supplies for small children. "We spent two weeks in this house. The house is lovely and so comfortable. The decor is colorful and welcoming and really says “Guatemala!” The kitchen is well equipped and we made many meals there. "First the place was everything! It is an indoor/outdoor experience. So bring your mosquito repellent! The view is amazing and is as described. The colonia is safe and there is a security guard on site 24/7. Check in/out process is easy Peezy lemon squeezy!
