5/5 Excellent
"We had read some bad reviews about this hotel so our expectations were low. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We had an outstanding stay!!
The hotel was clean, quiet, and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic!"
" Being as you asked about the view, it was of an inner courtyard full of HVAC equipment! Not awe inspiring.
During check in, I requested the booking of transport to the airport on the Monday morning and was assured it was looked after. When the airline advised us to be at the airport 4 hours before flight time, I went to the desk the next morning to change the pick up time and found that the transport had not been booked!!
Cleanliness was top notch, breakfast was excellent, and the staff friendly and courteous. The hotel is located close to the main train station on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and walking to view many of the sights of Rome is easy."

"Exceptional service and attention to detail from beginning of stay to the end. By the second day staff at the breakfast lounge already knew my Fiancé's favorite beverage and had it prepared. The entire concierge staff with honorable mention Marco, Stefani and Giulia were amazing in helping us with all our plans even with our every need for our engagement photoshoot. The Spa was amazing. Petra the therapist took great care of us and we enjoyed the health benefits of the facility. We are truly grateful. Many guests come from far and wide from around the world; I myself came all the way from California but Anantara made me feel at home. Thank You"

"Suitedreams offered a spacious, comfortable, no frills stay. It was clean, quiet and conveniently located to bistros, cafés and restaurants. The building offers a look into old apartment living, complete with an updated cage elevator. Modern bathroom with a great shower and hairdryer. There is shopping within an easy walk, as well as two Metro stations, one for each of the two existing subway lines (a third line is under construction). The main train station is about an easy ten minute walk. Several main attractions, such as the Colosseum, are about a half hour scenic walk from the hotel. We did not have a room with a view, which made it free from street and traffic noise. The highlight of the stay, was, however, our consierge, Roberta. She was friendly, helpful, informative and kind. I would stay at Suitedreams on a return visit and recommend it to others planning a visit to Rome. "
"The property was clean and convenient, and the staff was competent. There was a very minor "hiccup" in that 1:30 pm was given to me (by Expedia/hotel?) as the time when one could get into the room. When there, I was told it was the more typical 2:00 pm, but we couldn't get in until 3:00 pm (due to earlier guests leaving late, maybe.)
