"Very nice hotel"
As long as you are not expecting the Ritz-Carlton, you should be happy with this hotel. It is a short walk from the SMN train station and is near the Tourist Office (hint: buy the Florence Card -- it is a great deal and essentially is a VIP pass into nearly all of the museums; no need to pre-book visits and no waiting in lines). Mary and her son Antonio were very helpful and accommodating, providing tips on what to visit in Florence, providing a fan for the room (because the air conditioning unit was not too effective), and holding our bags until we left on the evening train. The room we had was clean and spacious, towels were changed daily, and beds made up daily as well. The only drawbacks (in addition to the air conditioning unit) were that the room we had faced the street and so it was a little noisy at nights, and there is an 'open' shower so much of the bathroom floor gets wet when showering. Nonetheless, this is a nice hotel and reasonably priced. I would stay here when visiting Florence again.

"Great Location, Great Room for Familes, Wonderful Hosts"
This hotel is walking distance from the train station. The quadruple room was very large, which was a pleasant change in Italy. The hosts were wonderfully helpful and gave us great information about the museums and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for families on a budget.

"Great Service"
The hotel is right next to both the train and bus stations which is good, however the area around the stations is one of the less beautiful areas of florence.
The rooms were fine nothing fancy, has all the basics... but above all the service was AMAZING!!!!!
Its owned by a family, the grandmother is very friendly and the son is hard working, they really invited us in and answered all the questions we had, would definetly recommend this place.

"Modern hotel with a feel of Italy"
We were only at the hotel one evening but it was exactly what we needed. The room was clean, modern, air conditioned and comfortable. Bathroom was nice sized and functional. Location was in walking distance where we were coming from. Friendly and helpful young man at front desk.

"Great B&B for a couple or small family."

"What a nice surprise..."
What a nice surprise to stumble across a place like this. The rooms were updated and extremely well kept and I can't say enough good things about how helpful the host was...there was no breakfast but there is an affordable and tasty cafe around the corner and the location was within walking distance to everything.
