"Cheap ($19) and close to the airport! The owner is very friendly and helpful! She cooked up a great breakfast of eggs, rolls, and coffee/tea. The neighborhood is older and rundown. However, the residents are just normal people---women sweeping the sidewalk in the morning, children walking to school, lady selling food at a stand, taxi driver polishing his car, etc. I felt it was a good introduction to the Peruvian culture and am happy we stayed there!"

The hotel itself is nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Martin had tea and cake for me when I arrived and cooked me breakfast in the morning.
