Ravenna Retreat: Peaceful yet close to everything and family friendly

Ravenna/Greenlake cozy apartment with separate entrance and off street parking. Walk to Greenlake, University district, UW campus, Burke museum. Short drive to Lake Union, Pike Place Market, Museums and Seattle Center. Spacious, stylish, sunny apartment with large patio. Apartment is near bus stops, bakeries, pubs, many coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, parks, Whole Foods and University Village makes it a perfect spot for your urban vacation.
You have a private entrance through french door that can open fully for easy patio access. The kitchen is modern and efficient with enough room for two or three cooks . It has a full size gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator (stocked with condiments), dishwasher, toaster, microwave and electric kettle, freshly ground coffee and often a little tasty surprise. The bedrooms are cozy with views to the garden. The first bedroom which I call the yellow room has a firm queen bed with down comforter and pillows. The second bedroom with attached bathroom has a full size new bed with a 4" memory foam topper. The bathroom is smallish with a retro blue sink and Mondrian inspired tile work. NOTE: ENSUITE BATHROOM . There's Wifi, TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix, DVD player, movies and a selection of interesting reads. ALSO ADDED-NEW CRIB FOR THE LITTLE ONE.

Short Seattle Stay to See Local Sights
Nice property in wonderful location, exactly as described. The property owner was helpful, and quickly responded to any questions we had. Offstreet parking was also greatly appreciated, especially on the narrow streets of Seattle. Would stay again!

Great home away from home
I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The accommodations were comfy and roomy. For spending over a week in Seattle with my family of 5 it was a great layout and we found everything we needed. Sabina was a great hostess and was always quick to respond. If I would offer any suggestions it would be to put a sidebar/credenza/accent table on one of the walls between the bedrooms with a large mirror over it. Having extra space to get ready for hair and makeup would be nice. Thanks for opening your home to us Sabina! We will book again when we come back!

Nice location 15 minutes from city center.
Nice location, great host and a cute property. I would stay there again. The streets in the neighborhood some how allow for parking on both sides making it essentially a one lane, 2 way road. Larger vehicles will have difficulty navigating.

We traveled to Seattle to be near our kids that just moved into this neighborhood. We were 1.4 miles from their new place and were able to host a "vegan" Thanksgiving in the apartment.. I would like to stay here again. Maybe on our next visit.

Home away from home
This property was lovely, comfortable and felt like home . All the things you need are there as well as quiet , clean and all upscale amenities. Location very convenient Seattle location to all . You can walk to the light rail for going downtown; University and other things of interest. Easy walk to Green Lake: Ravenna and Maple Leaf , all enjoyable walking. Sabina has thought of everything. The private patio/ garden area charming. We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely get away
Gorgeous space close to the tourist attractions but in a nice quiet neighborhood. There were some great restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful gardens and checking in/out was a breeze. If you’re going to Seattle definitely stay here!!

A special little place
We loved the well appointed space in this charming vacation rental. It has so many perfect touches, from the comfortable furniture pieces to the kitchen gear to the bedding. The one thing to know is that the bathroom is reached via the smaller bedroom. This would not stop us from returning here again. The place is very well decorated and lovingly maintained.

A lovely, private, well-decorated apartment
The place is even nicer than it looks in its photos -- clean, comfortable, spacious, and decorated in a charming European/1950s retro style. The beds were cozy and the kitchen nicely laid out (loved that elegant gas stove!). As others have noted, the one drawback is that the sole bathroom can be accessed only via one of the two bedrooms, but if you're a couple or family, that's a minor matter. And other pleasant features, like the nice French-door entry and private patio, make up for that one small drawback. Sabina, our hostess, was friendly and helpful, too.
