"Anniversary getaway to Sechelt - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful spacious suite. Love all the decor and furnishings - Reenie is an interior designer/consultant and you can tell she used her talents designing the suite. Very spacious and contained all amenities you would need. Enjoyed breakfast outside with the ocean view for back drop. Thanks for a great stay - and for the surprise floral bouquet !"

A little on the pricy side of things. I booked on VRBO.CA and I was charged in foreign currency. Not sure why that is."

"The only issue was the weather related power outage which did not really allow us to use any of amenities. I am confident it would've been much more fun if we had electricity given the set up/provided amenities. I am not sure if a back up generator is standard/required or not but that was the only issue. "This place is absolutely amazing and super quiet. We chose the Casablanca room overlooking the water and saw seals and eagles during our stay. The use of the canoe was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub and steam room."

"The room was exactly as promised - roomy, comfortable, and with a well-equipped kitchenette. It had a separate entrance (shared with other rental rooms) from the owners. And the owners were friendly and available if needed. For those with disabilities - there are a lot of stairs, so this might not be for you. For everyone else, definitely recommended."

"The location was great, the staff at the resort was great! Didn’t like that there’s no parking spot for your car when you wait for the boat to pick you up to take you to the resort. The owner tells you to park on the street where you risk being towed. Didn’t like how we were charged for extra people when we were renting the cabin that fits 10 people!! They’re we’re only 8 of us. She chargers for extra adults if there’s more than 4 adults. You have to pay for a boat taxi to get to the resort. I...

"Great location right next to the beach. For a motor inn we were pleasantly surprised that the interior looked nicer than the outside. Staff were friendly upon check in and had great recommendations. Only downfalls in our room were electrical issues. Our personal drying wouldn’t turn on in any of the plugs (this could of been an issue with our dryer but it worked fine at home), we had to plug in our lamps (which the only outlet available by the beds was blocked by the headboards screwed into...
