“This cottage was beachy beautiful! Very impressed. Very clean and comfortable. We did arrive early and were welcomed in. Just a small suggestion, if they would have had a can opener, plastic glasses, pens and paper and more toilet paper would have been nice. Couldn’t figure the programming on the coffee pot. But definitely would give it 5 stars. Awesome place to stay!”

“Really enjoyed the property! Was a bit of a walk to get to near by restaurants but was a cozy spot. Getting in and out of the Kayaks is pretty tricky so pay attention to tide time. Property management was great and very helpful! Was able to check in early and simply extend our stay another day just a quick move to another room.”

“The Oystercatcher cottage was an A+! It has great amenities. The screened porch with the fans was very comfortable. We enjoyed the games in the evenings after dinner. The beach cart was very functional and hauled all the provided beach supplies easily. Today we are going to try the kayaks! ”

“It was a pleasant surprise .although being repaired in areas the workers were polite and i saw alot got done in the 2 weeks we were there. It would be better to leave toilrEt bowl cleaner in bath for longer stayinside the bungalow. Although it could have had an extra comfortable chair in living room and a dresser in bedroom or closet to set luggage clothes on”

“Stayed 2 nights in the Solitude Suite at Siesta Key with my son after spending several days in Sarasota. Suite was ready early. Lisa was responsive and communicated right away via text. Suite is well equipped with kitchennette and updated bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh. My son and I enjoyed the heated pool on-site. It is right across the street from beach access. Trolley stop is right outside the property. There are several good walkable restaurants as well if you don’t want to take……

“Solid 4.5 stars due to location and the inside being exactly as described so rounded up. The location was great for a quick walk to the beach, and my family loved snorkeling at Point of Rocks. Since there was no parking at this beach access, the beach didn't get too crowded. Inside the apartment, everything was as described. A couple of minor fixes would be nice (hooks in the bathroom were loose and the closet door sticks) but overall, it was great. The only two bigger negatives were the shower……

“We had another fantastic stay this year! The place is always fresh, clean, and gets us right into beach vacation mode. Communication is always quick if we have any questions. We love the beach being so close, as well as the pool. The beach chair setup is also great! We have everything we need when we stay, a great place with a full kitchen when we want to stay in and cook or take lunch to the beach, and great restaurants right across the street (a personal favorite is breakfast at the Toasted……

“We loved everything about this rental. It was clean and comfortable. Although we did not cook it appeared to have everything needed to do so. The best part was the location. Everything within walking distance. We have stayed at multiple rentals in Siesta Key over the last twenty years and this is one of our new favorites.”
