"Great hotel. Only complaint is they need to get rid of the valet company downstairs. Very rude and they aren’t even affiliated with the hotel. Voiced my experience and concerns to Salvador, who worked at the hotel front desk. Salvador was so kind and helpful, a complete pleasure to work with and made my experience downstairs with the valet company be ignored. "It was likely the prettiest Residence Inn I have ever stayed at given it was a beautiful designed restoration of and old steel factory building with beautiful old wooden beams throughout, with a seating area on the main floor that rose five flights with the old subway tiles and steel crosswalks above. Rooms were quiet. Great functional kitchen."
