"We liked the location very much. The staff on the property were very nice and welcoming. There were a few concerns with apartment itself which would hinder giving the apartment itself an excellant rating. We gave the apartment management our input and hope they will address concerns."

"Had an exceptional stay at the Mandarin. Hotel decor is beautiful and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Our room was spacious and bathroom positively palatial. Due to a misunderstanding over time we arrived at Ramsays 2 minutes before end of breakfast service and were graciously seated and served without fuss or the feeling of being hurried. Bravo Mandarin. "
