Great property, even though is far from the Downtown Boston area there is plenty to do. Is less than 10 minutes from the airport and you can get to major site in Less than 15 minutes. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room was supposed to include breakfast. We were initially told it would be served until 10:00 AM. When we arrived at 9:15 we were told it ended at 9:00. It was a Holiday weekend so we assumed it would end later. Our mistake.

The valet service was great. It was very quiet and a restful sleep every night. It was easy to get an Uber and Lyft from here to anywhere in Boston. It was walkable. The colosseum across the road would be great for anyone wanting to be close to some concerts. We wish we could have stayed for more.

We had an issue with the Expedia in reference to our room .. but front desk, Eric Great and helpful with us . He was able to get the room that we needed it .. Great awesome staff at the Hyatt .

Nice room with Harbor View - comfortable beds. Wish there had been more channels with regular shows - mostly sports / news. Nice breakfast but long lines from 8 - 9:15.

Overall was a great stay . And will look into Hyatt Places for the foreseeable future for all my stays .Only wish there were more dining options inside the hotel . But that’s just being picky . It was one of the best stays to date . And I stay in numerous hotels and the majority suck!! Thank you Hyatt Place
