This 4th floor 1 bedroom at Florence II condos sits right on the beach. A short walk through the pool & hot tub area and you are on the beach. The private balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. A king in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in living area will sleep 4 guests. Smart TV's with cable and Showtime.
Our Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils & pots and pans. We provide beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for our guests to use. WIFI and assigned parking.

The view in this spacious 1 bedroom beachfront unit can't be beat. Feel your cares float away as you relax on your private balcony listening to the sounds of waves. For early risers, sunrises are especially beautiful over the Gulf of Mexico. These views can be seen from the living area. There is a queen sofa sleeper and love seat and a smart TV with cable and Showtime.
Enjoy your king bedroom with a smart tv with cable and Showtime. The large bathroom has a new tub shower combo, a large sink vanity and plenty of nice towels. We also provide beach towels. There are two entrances to the bathroom, one from the bedroom and another from the living area.

The gated pool (heated seasonally) and hot tub area overlook the beautiful gulf waters. Private beach access is just steps to the beach. We provide beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for our guests to use.
Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle!
We are on the north side of the island, which is away from all the hustle & bustle but still walking distance to many places.
The Island Metro, SPI's free bus picks up right in front of the condo and operates until 9:00 pm.
