"Staff can be more friendly "

"We were 5 people to stay in a suite room...which had a broken toilet that couldnt be flushed cus it would overfill...when i notified staffed she shrugged her shoulders and said there is nothing that can be done...the lights kept turning on and off they had electrical issues...and our tv did not work either...i really was expecting a different experience "

"The rooms were clean and close to beach, but these rooms are old, need alot of work, breakfast really sucked, gladly i wasnt charge for wristband, because it was for breakfast cause they had heb pastries. "
