"Had the good old field of what we always called a "camp." Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and glassware, etc. The lobster processing facility made for a bit of noise and a pretty steady stream of traffic. A lot of trucks, from pickups to semis coming in and out. Didn't really bother us a whole lot but it might bother other people. Overall the view of the water was pretty nice except for the power lines and there's not much that can be done about that. Have to have electricity after all."

"I traveled solo and it was the perfect respite. Check in is simple, Pilot welcomes you with a wagging tail and gives the grand tour. Having left my own furry friend at home, I was happy for his company. Furnishings are more updated than the photos show. I can't imagine anyone needing anything more than what this cottage provides. "This is a great place especially if you have dogs. The only advice I would give the management company is to leave directions to the transfer station or better yet take the trash for your guests at the end of their stay. Putting smelly trash in our car wasn’t great. All in all though, it was a great place for a family with dogs!"

"The house was a perfect for our group. The large, well stocked, kitchen let us eat in sometimes. View was very nice and we enjoyed the easy walk into town and a restaurant being so close. As described, there is no bathroom upstairs, which was fine as we were all family. The bathrooms downstairs were nice and big! The house has old world charm and the host family was great!! Would def. stay here again."

"Did the, Country Inn live up to its online photos? Absolutely! The property was every bit as attractive in real life as it was presented in the pictures they presented on the website. Our room was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and quiet. They have miniature golf and an ice cream store on the property as well as a beautiful pool and all the standard amenities.
