"We had a great time here. The property is fascinating and our hosts, John and Kirk, were there if we needed them and invisible when we didn't. They were both charming and made our stay the best. "Nice clean large rooms, public space. No food, snacks (that I could find) but good coffee and tea in the AM. Accomodating staff. Would stay again. "

"We stayed here one night when we were picking up my step- daughter from UNH after her first semester. We will be staying here every time we go visit her from now on. It has a very quaint atmosphere, rooms are big and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. Continental breakfast had a surprising amount of variety for the space. Everything we tried was very good. I'm already looking forward to our next visit there"

"We stayed in the full apartment with private balcony, very comfortable and clean, this is the closest Inn to the Casino Ballroom where we saw a concert just a few doors down the street. Parking is very limited in this area, and the Pelham did not charge extra for it. Hampton Beach is an older area, but lots of fun and the Casino Ballroom is full of history. Led Zeppelin played there in 1969, Louis Armstrong in 1941, Duke Ellington in 1936! Super cool place to say you've been! If we go back,...

"Ocean front room was worth the extra charge. Meal for four was reasonably priced and tasty. Service good."

"Building is older, a little more run down. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Aside from that the staff working there were wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay!"

"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled.
