"My sister had never been to DC and we chose this hotel for proximity to the Bible Museum and Mall. We were warmly greeted. For some reason we were put in an invalid room with walk in shower. We managed to flood the bathroom the first morning and also had another plumbing issue. The staff could not have been more helpful. The receptionist, maintenance technician and housekeeping were all prompt and efficient. We enjoyed the breakfast and again the staff quickly removed dirty dishes and kept...
