“Spacious home, with lots of little sitting areas for everyone to have quiet time on their own. We enjoyed being walking distance from the Root River Trail. Short drive to Lanesboro where there was plenty to do.We were lucky to be in Lanesboro for the Rhubarb Festival, which was enjoyed by all. We also went to the The Mane Theatre for an excellent satire, "The Outsider". Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.”

The host Brendon was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for the check-in and check-out process. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need and the carport was nice to protect our vehicle from the elements.”

“This property is one of a kind! The pond is perfect for kids to play and fish. Wonderful view while drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings was a great way to start the day. A lot of wildlife to see and trout fishing close by kept everyone busy! The house is stocked with anything you might need for cooking. The owners were very easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a very quiet, secluded vacation this is the place!”

“Beautiful setting right on the Upper Iowa River. Very private. Very clean. This was a girl's trip (5 of us) and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. We are already talking about coming back. The only issue we had was no railing on the steps going into the house (even though it was only a few steps) and railing only on one side of the steps going to the basement. We had a couple people with mobility issues and had to be very careful. We strongly suggest getting railings in those 2 places. One...

“Stayed here for my husband's birthday! The cabin is in the woods. Was fun to watch the deer and turkey every morning on the screened in deck! The cabin is beautifully decorated and very clean! Only one thing was if you are big coffee drinkers the coffee pot only makes 2 cups at a time. I would suggest a regular size coffee pot. There was only 2 of us so was no big deal. I realize this cabin is a new rental but some mixing bowls would be a nice addition to your kitchen. It is close to alot of...
