“Our 2 room suite was very clean and comfortable for 2 nights. We loved the balcony view of sunrise over the Caribbean Sea, from either the spa tub or chairs. We also used the kitchenette for cooking and preparing breakfast and lunch, and walked to delicious local restaurant one evening, and the Club Regina hotel bar overlooking the coast the other eve (nachos and cheesecake were very good). The palapas near the beach were also nice for hanging out. The 3 pools and grounds are well-maintained in……

“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me……

“Staff are super friendly. Pool, beach, restaurants, landscaping are all beautiful. Staff are friendly and everywhere. Family- friendly and quiet. Just a really nice place to relax. ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”
