Need to Know

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a ring camera at the entrance at the front porch and another camera on the southwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.

-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.

Family Get a way
This was perfect location for day trips and just staying there. The pool kept the kids busy when the older ones were kayaking with manatee in the canal and they the breaks to the ocean in the evening to see the dolphins feeding. Plenty of room for 8 adults and the 6-16 yr olds. Highly recommended!😊

Family celebration
From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for more! The advance communication and check in process were easy and complete. The property location and layout were perfect for our multi/generational family celebration. The layout of the house offers multiple spaces for large groups or small. Appreciated the second frig to eliminate constant trips to the store and the multiple TVs. Beds were comfortable. Especially loved the outside spaces from the pool to the amazing sunsets and the conversational fire pit. Plenty of kayaks. Short kayaking to the gulf. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe and so convenient to grocery, good restaurants and superb takeout. We loved dining at Brian’s. Highly recommend.

We had four fishermen in the group so they loved the opportunity to TRY and catch fish. The little ones loved the sand pit and pool. For the first time ever we did not need to contact the manager. Everything went smoothly.

Everything you need
We stayed here with our 4 young adult children. Overall everything was great. The amenities and location were perfect. The ability to swim, fish, or kayak ensured everyone in the family had something for them to enjoy. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking for a large family. We even had extended family, that were also in town and live in the area, over for dinner one night. The house had plenty of room for everyone. There were some minor issues, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our vacation. I would rent this house again.

Scalloping Trip
This house was perfect for a family scalloping trip! The house was very clean and as beautiful as the pictures on the website. The view over the open water made for gorgeous sunsets every night! Dock was plenty big for two 22'+ boats, but we had to improvize on tying them off since there were no cleats on the dock. Alan was amazing and very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!

Cousin Fun
Paternal cousins meeting up to celebrate the lives of our dads - from as far north as Canada - some meeting for the first time, some not since we were children. It was the perfect space and the perfect setting to celebrate life and love and family. This will be an annual event!! The home catered to the large group while giving enough privacy at the same time - it was really wonderful!

Beautiful Home
Hernado Beach alone is incredible, adding this beautiful home to our trip made it a amazing experience. We fished we enjoyed the local eatery’s and we will stay here again. Allen always answered the phone if we needed to ask questions.

Better than expected!
This house is amazing. Better than pictures. We loved the amazing views and being right on water. Having kayaks, canoe and paddle board is what made it exceptional for us. Pool felt wonderful. Only con was most of us took cold or luke warm showers that we suspect would be fixed by raising temp on hot water heater. We cannot wait to rebook this location as every family member from 5 to 80 yrs old loved it. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation
We loved this house! It was in a great quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool, the kayaks, fishing from the dock, the canal and the house was very nice. It was clean and had everything you need in a vacation rental. We all wished it would never end and cant wait to go back! Thanks for a great home away from home!
