This property seemed relatively new and modern. However it is badly in need of better maintenance. The sink in our room didn’t drain properly. The hallway outside our room was dirty and even had animal excrement on the carpet. The breakfast area and food selection was very limited and disappointing. The tables in the dining area had not been wiped since the last service. Furthermore this hotel was one of the most expensive in the St. Augustine area. I had expected much more for my money. Final word, clean up your act.
