"We stayed in Washington MO as a point between two other towns we had a tournament in. We had been to Washington before and enjoyed it. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. We would suggest tacking the rug corners down to end tripping hazards (especially in the dark). A few more kitchen implements would have been helpful, i.e. grill tools; beer bottle opener; etc. A table lamp in the master. Some games and puzzles for down time. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated the location."

"The property was as described! We were in the area for our National Dog Show at Purina Farms Event Center for a week. The location was perfect distance to Purina. There was ample green space to walk the dogs. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and will be staying again in the future!"

"We all had a great time at Sunset Ridge. We were within a 25 min drive of many great activities. We explored caves, did zip lining, river rafting, and ate great food at Route 66 restaurants. Sunset Ridge was centrally located to all those activities and provided a beautiful and relaxing spot to wind down for the day. Sunsets were beautiful, and the property was quiet and peaceful. Great location!!"

"This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We rang in the New Year at Mandolin Ridge and it was beautiful. We were greeted with the birth of two baby goats which was quite auspicious. The home is spacious and like going to a comfortable, beautifully appointed museum. Each room has hidden delights. A feast for the eyes indeed. The host, Loribeth, is considerate and warm as well detail oriented. It is clear she wants to provide excellence! Mandolin Ridge and Loribeth really deliver."

"Beautiful home! My girls loved their rooms. It was great having our dog stay with us for our spring break too! The game room add on was totally worth it. We had a relaxing stay. Perfect outdoor space for us as well. Enjoyed a fire and s’mores and hot tub too! Only things that would have made it better- more lounge seating in the main space, nightlights for the girls rooms, and baking pans. I had to run out and buy a pan to make brownies. "We stayed here for our National Specialty at Purina. Katie has done an amazing and thoughtful job of restoring this beautiful house. It is a home away from home as it has everything that you could even think that you needed, and made for a very comfortable stay. The bathrooms have wicked fluffy towels, beautiful tubs and shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in each of the bathrooms. The backyard is so comfy and fully fenced. Several of us said we wished we could live there, that is how awesome this...

"This property was very spacious and comfortable. We were here to participate in the Sheltie National dog show at Purina Event center. It had plenty of space for our dog crates and us. The yard was nice, wish it was fenced. It was a short distance to the show site. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again soon."

"Me and a couple of my besties stayed for the weekend so we could run a race, and enjoy some wineries near by. The cabin was so great! Very chill and relaxing. Lots of space, comfortable beds, and we felt very safe! We will definitely be renting again!"
