The separate family room downstairs has an oversized neutral sectional sofa complete with a chaise lounge - the perfect spot for afternoon naps or movie nights. The neutral decor creates a calming atmosphere with just enough fun pops of color to make it interesting.

If you're in the mood for entertaining, gather around the sophisticated high-top dining table that comfortably seats 4 people—it's like being at a restaurant without leaving your own home!

The kitchen is an absolute dream: crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and glass-front cabinets make cooking both enjoyable and efficient. Plus, there's a formal dining room right next door if you have more guests than expected!

We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues, are both within a 10-minute drive from this home. Be sure to catch a game because St. Louis has some awesome sports fans!

Lastly, Forest Park has a little bit of everything for the outdoorsy person!
