"Booked 2 superior rooms for 3 pax under same reservation reference no. but given only 1 room upon check-in. After further check with the reception, the rooms were upgraded to 4 pax capacity without extra charge. Room TVs are not functioning. "It's a nice hotel for the rate charged. Great service and nice location by the beach. Only complaint I have is the cramped bathroom. The door to the bathroom opens inwards and makes it very tight to move around in the bathroom. I don't understand why they don't have the door open outwards instead. The door frames will allow that."
