Hotel close to the beach

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Location excellent for beach and shops
Location: Wonderful beach plenty of good restaurants
Good hotel close to the beach - We felt that it is not as good as it used to be. It is said to be a 5* hotel and is next to many other luxury hotels but feel they have lost their attention to detail.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, enjoyable stay!

Posted Mar 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel very much. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and every care was taken to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The friendly, dedicated staff showed us around, and made sure that we were happy and satisfied. Many thanks to the lovely Tal Glozman, guest relations manager, for making our vacation at the Dan so enjoyable. We were travelling with a baby, and she anticipated and accommodated our family's every need. A beautiful baby's crib was waiting for us, as well as adjoining rooms beside the grandparents with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean seashore. Fresh fruit was placed in our room each day and a sweet cake on Shabbat! Many thanks also to Natalie, Marina , Zohar, Callee,Eli and so many others who made our stay so memorable. Thanks for the warm memories we take home with us to this very cold Canadian winter. We look forward to returning one day soon.

Excellent service !

Posted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: The service !
Cons: Rooms are a bit old, need some improvement.
Location: The beaches, Carmel market, old Jaffa port.
The guest relation service lady Marina was exceptionally good, she helped me change to Dan Accardia hotel after staying in Tel Aviv for 5 nights. Her performance was very impressive. Dan Hotel should be glad to have her representing the hotel. All other service staff was very good. I truly enjoyed my stay !

Not a five star

Posted Mar 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is not a five star. Rooms too small, service mediocre, irritatingly high extra fee for wifi, desperately needs renovation. Excellent breakfast though.

Beautiful vacation Wonderful Hotel

Posted Feb 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
What a beautiful hotel! The service was outstanding. Everyone on staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. We were travelling with a baby and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were immaculate , and we were greeted daily with fresh fruit in our rooms. On Shabbat we were greeted with a lovely sweet cake brought to our room. We were given adjoining rooms so grandparents and children could be close. The view of the Mediterranean sea from our windows was so beautiful after escaping a bleak winter landscape in Canada. The indoor swimming pool, gym and spa area was really wonderful for exercising and relaxing. The hotel location was perfect for strolling to the heart of the city. We all enjoyed our stay tremendously and were sorry to leave. Many many thanks to the beautiful staff that showed us around, welcomed us and took such good care of us. To mention just a few, thank you Tal, Natalie, Marina, Zohar, Callee and so many others. And thanks to the caring staff serving each day at the beautiful Israeli breakfast. Our family looks forward to returning one day soon.

Excellent location

Posted Feb 10, 2014
Cons: Israel (i.e., its hotels) needs to enter the 21st century and include free wifi in rooms. Bring your own hairdryer; hotel ones are terrible.
Location: Right on beach (as close as you can get) and centrally located for sights and shopping.
Wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, very nice and helpful staff, and excellent breakfasts. The only problem is that wifi is not free in rooms, although this seems to be true of most, if not all, hotels in Tel Aviv.

Great service, good location, ok hotel.

Hard to find a high end hotel in Tel Aviv so d t expect miracles but as hotels go in the city, this is def one of the better ones. Good service, helpful staff. Some rooms better than others but given relative cheap price (was Jan), probably worth it. Location was good too.

Spent a very pleasant weekend, excellent location, close to beach and shops. Dan breakfast was far better than our usual Tel Aviv hotel and staff are very helpful and pleasant.
