"Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good! "

The only thing is.. we booked and paid for airport shuttle, but there was no direction provided as to where to board the shuttle. No one, including information station at the airport knew where the shuttle station is. We arrived late that night because of thunder and lightening storm We could not find the shuttle that could take us to Northgate parking garage and no one...

"The place is beautiful and quiet. We wish we could have spent more time there! Karl-Heinz is such a lovely person and host. We flew over from England for the 70.3 Erkner Ironman and he helped us with a couple of major issues that saved the entire holiday and participating in the event. We would happily stay here again. Die brandenburgische Umgebung ist landschaftlich schön und interessant, es gibt eine Menge zu entdecken. Außerdem machte die Nutzung der urigen Sauna auf dem Gelände Spaß und sorgte für Entspannung. Sitzplätze auf dem Hof, nette und interessante Nachbarn - denn der Hof ist auch ein Kultur- und Begegnungsort und das gibt dem Ganzen noch einen besonderen Flair. Haustiere sind willkommen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch hilfsbereit und lädt auch mal zum Pflaumenkuchen ein!"

"Telefonisch leider niemand erreichbar. Die FAQs sind halt manchmal nicht ausreichend. Es wird an Personal, also am falschen Ende, gespart. Pfingstsonntag war leider nur die reguläre Öffnungszeit für Amazonia und die Rutschtürme. Leider schließen die Attraktionen zur selben Zeit, was lieber zeitversetzt erfolgen sollte. Ansonsten Campingplatz sehr gut und Anbindung auch."

"Nice hotel relatively close to the airport. Bus 744 runs past the hotel about everyone 20 minutes, so getting connections to the rest of the public transportation system is easy. The AC in our room appeared to struggle a bit, but kept the room sufficiently cool. The beds were comfortable and the room includes a hot water maker along with tea and instant coffee. Breakfast is very nice with lots of staff in attendance. There is a restaurant too for lunch and dinner, but we did not use it."
