Hoff Avenue House is urban retreat in the heart of Tucson. The historic 3 bed, 2 bath home has a fenced backyard. Please note that the backyard is not private and SHARED with other guests who rent the back 1 bedroom, 1 bath Casita, which is also an Airbnb. (Casita guests will have their own private entrance via a gate and use a front door keypad to enter the Casita.)

Hoff Avenue House is crafted in the classic desert style and boasts 3 large beds. Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating, high-speed wireless internet (150mbps download/10mbps upload), smart TV with Chromecast to link up streaming accounts, coffee maker, microwave, and gas range.

Disclaimer: The property is located in the heart of downtown Tucson, so expect urban noise, such as trains, planes, helicopters, vehicles and weekend night life. Train tracks run through downtown near the property, so we provide noise machines in bedrooms for guests who are light sleepers.

The space is well equipped. Upon check-in, you will find coffee and basic kitchen supplies/seasonings. Soap, dishes, pots and pans, towels, hair dryer, and iron are all provided. We have tried to think of everything, but if you find you are missing an item, please ask, and we will provide it!

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
