"The only minor complaint is there was never any one at the Guest Services desk.

"Hotel staff is very helpful/friendly. Good coffee in the lobby. Slept really well in the comfortable bed. Convenient to downtown St. Louis. Hotel is a bit dated but it is in an old building, so that's to be expected. Would recommend."
