"It was very convenient to the historic downtown area with the wonderful shops. It was also close to the casino if we chose to go there. "

"All the staff were welcoming and personable. It was obvious they took pride in their work. Our room was clean and quiet. We also appreciated having a hotel with continental breakfast. The staff running this area kept the area clean, organized, and well stocked. Additionally, this hotel had their own parking and was very close to main roads. It has been our "go to" hotel when visiting our daughter over several years. So far, we've been very happy staying here."

They went above and beyond and made what would have been a regular basic hotel visit a comfy oasis where we could properly relax from the stresses of travel. The overnight desk clerk didn’t seem to want to be bothered though when we approached with an issue. We went back that evening and Eve again was working and handled it for us. "Hotel is in a great location, not a far drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. Highway side has a good view vs the backside which are apartments. Hotel is clean and our room was updated and nice. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Nice indoor pool and staff is friendly. Matt was very helpful when we checked in at almost 8pm with getting me the room we requested without complaints...except that I am a Cubs fan! :) LOL Overall I would def stay here again "
