"Parking was to expensive"

"Loved the property and the facilities and the personnel. It’s very windy as it is on a hill which is a plus. Wild Turkeys are wondering around which gives it more character. The only downsize it is far from Kona Kailua downtown area and there are not that many dinning options yet that’s not their fault. "

"Nicely appointed 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo. Beautiful property with ocean front pool with food and drink service. Shops and restaurants nearby. Great location for a relaxing getaway."

"You could not beat the view for the evening sunsets from this condo! The condo was beautifully furnished and contained everything you needed for enjoying the Big Island! We even took private golf lessons at the golf course located directly across the street! We loved it!"

"I stayed 10 nights at this property. Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean. Location is great, close to the A-Bay beach and walking distance except when is is very shot and sunny. Then it's better to go by car. Condo is also walking distance to numerous shops at King's Mall and Queen's Marketplace. Patio was overlooking the golf course and provided a quiet and serene view. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and fully furnished condo, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. "
