The only suggestion I have would be to fix the showerhead so that the water dispenses through the entire showerhead rather than the perimeter. Otherwise, a great property!"

"We really could have used an elevator. But in all fairness the desk clerk did say that there was no elevator, but I misunderstood her. Wonderful clean room and the bed was comfortable. Thanks. "

"I booked and paid for a deluxe room facing the pool. Said pool was almost empty. Checked in around 4pm. Found the T.V. didn't work. Went back to the office, told the young lady at the counter about the T.V. she said she would take care of it right away. I told her I was going out for several hours and thought it would be taken care of. I returned at 8pm, T.V. still not working. Same young lady said she would take of it in 10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes , went back to the office to talk to the same young lady, this time she came to the room and saw the T.V. didn't work, I asked for a different room. I was in room 197, we went to room 198, T.V. didn't work in there either. We went to room 196, T.V. worked, I stayed there. The wifi didn't work in this room, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the soap dish in the bath tub was missing. I killed 2 small bugs crawling in the walls, and no bath towels, just a floor mat and face towels. Last time at the Boston Inn!!!"
