Nestled in Historic Old Northwood. Walk to fabulous restaurants and shops in the Village. Close to the waterfront, area beaches, golf courses, Palm Beach Island, downtown West palm Beach, nightlife, watersports, museums and soo much more. You can zip around all day seeing all the sites and playing, then come home to a swim in the pool and chill out in the garden. This home is completely renovated, all the modern conveniences within a Historic home. Large an open floor plan, light and airy with bleached hardwood floor throughout. Enjoy the well equipped, large chef's kitchen, with high end appliances, a dining room that seats 8, with French doors that open to our gorgeous a pool area. There is a full time guest in the cottage who work 12hr days. Has a separate entrance on the back alley.
Pool is private and property is nicely landscaped with tropical palms, lush vegetation, completely fenced in. You will love it here so much you may never want to leave, say all of our guests!

Overall a Good House
The house was clean except for a few dishes that were in the cabinet that needed to be rewashed when we got there. The street the house is on is super cute but the area leading up to it was a little sketchy but we never felt uneasy or unsafe. The third bedroom with the pullout couch was more like a futon and was hard as a rock and the pillows in the bedrooms weren’t the best. We had a few problems with the pool heater but luckily my dad was able to mess with it and get it working. I think the filter just needed to be cleaned. The outdoor area was really nice and the grill was great. We couldn’t find any beach towels however and we looked high and low. It was a great house and I would recommend staying here however it’s a little farther from the beach than we were expecting but it’s in a general central location where everything is only a 15 minute drive at most.

Fabulous West Palm Home!
Gorgeous home, well appointed with all the amenities. Optimal location in a great neighborhood. The host was incredibly gracious and responsive. We use VRBO often, and this is one of my favorite stays!
