"Initially I was concerned because the path to my room was pretty rundown and dingy and the fitness room was a horrible mess. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. The decor is dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. I told the front desk about the condition of the fitness room, and when I went back it was all cleaned up. One of the best fitness rooms in terms of equipment and space I've ever seen at a hotel. The breakfasts were stellar! I will definitely stay here again."

But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. Traveling with a child...
