"Wonderful stay with a few shortcomings. No instructions for operating tv. Screens were missing in the downstairs porch. We could not use the downstairs porch due to biting insects. The front steps to the house need some repair. We used the back steps because the front steps lean. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the fire pit and dock."

"Home was very clean with everything we needed. Very spacious and centrally located to everything in J’ville. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. House is spacious with plenty of rooms to relax and sleep. This was my first time using a home rental instead of a hotel, and it was a great experience."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street."

"I loved the property! It seemed to be centered on the island. It was very easy to get to everything. Place was clean, bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and communication was GREAT! Thank you guys! If i make it back to that area, I'll reach out to stay again!"

"Happy to stay there again. Did not use pull out sofa since brought 2 air mattresses. Very happy. Talked to a Clemson football player and congratulated a Clemson Assistant Coach on their Bowl victory. We left a day early as our kids were leaving."

"We just finished a week stay and the condo was wonderful - plenty of room, beach front, comfortable, and close to everything (dining, shopping….). The up and downstairs patios were great for enjoying ocean views. The property management team was wonderful! Helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Good communication! If you’re looking for a relaxed stress-free vacation, this is the place for you."

"We stayed a little over a week at the property. The location was perfect for the activities we were interested in. The house is close to the beach, grocery store, different restaurants and fishing locations. The owner was very responsive to inquiries and helped with all we needed."

"Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property."
