Like cut up fruit or chicken or salad. The grounds are beautiful and clean I wish they would clean the glass at the pool restaurant it’s an eye sore and with no beach and too much seaweed. It would make you feel like this us the worst resort. It’s definitely not a beach resort but a jungle resort. resort with wild……

“All service is very slow, all inquiries take forever to get answered. You must go to the front desk to make make reservation for dinners.”

“Overall good value for the money, but the management gave up on the beach upkeep. Seaweed is a known problem in Mexico but in most places hotel at least tries to clean it up. We were hoping to spend some time on the beach but were quite disappointed. Also, Palace Elite is VERY pushy in offering their membership, which completely smashed our desire to come back to any Palace hotels. ”
