This is an older property but it is well maintained. It was quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I like how the bathroom is set up. It makes it easier for two people to get ready. I would stay here again.

Great location. A bit weathered and needs an update though. Front desk staff were fantastic. Didn’t have the same level of service from the people working on the rooftop patio - we felt like we were bothering them unfortunately.

We had 2 rooms which were nit cleaned two nights in a row. Each evening upon returning to our rooms and discovering the beds hadn't been made, etc, I called the help desk attendant who quite matter of factly stated maybe we'd left ohr do not disturb light on with no offer to remedy or attempt to apologize. The second time it happened, she called back to nonchalantly stated the cleaning staff were really busy and wpuld try to get to us. The rooms were crisp however no usb outlets and their digital alarm clock occupied one of the 2 precious bedsude outlets. The train is just beside the hotel so expect some noise. The valets were very nice and punctual. The coffee shop serves delicious drinks and pastries but really needs a cosmetic upgrade.
